Our History & Mission

Our Mission

Institute of Medical and Business Careers (IMBC) is dedicated to preparing people with occupational skills necessary to qualify them for entry level positions in their chosen career. Programs at the school provide a combination of clinical training and classroom instruction to develop the abilities of its students for a successful career. The most important prerequisites for enrollment are a good attitude and initiative. The Institute of Medical and Business Careers’ philosophy is to combine these attributes with the school’s program to help individuals toward a competitive career in the working society. The Institute of Medical and Business Careers will provide the necessary facilities, equipment, and professional educators who will enhance a productive learning experience.

Our History

Founded as The Institute of Medical Careers (IMC) in Pittsburgh in 1995, the school later expanded its programs outside of healthcare to include training for occupations in need by the expanding economy and became The Institute of Medical and Business Careers (IMBC) with the addition of our Erie, PA campus in 2015. Then, in 2017, IMBC launched its 100% online training programs so that students from around the country could have access to the same caring and supportive instructors and staff that campus-based students have enjoyed for more than 20 years.

Today, Guy and Michael Euliano (brothers) lead the ABHES-accredited institution by applying a combined experience of more than 50 years dedicated to higher education, creating a caring and supportive environment for students, staff, and instructors.
